I have lived at the The Woods of Killearn for many years. You can not find apartment spacing at this price anywhere. The bedrooms are big. The three bedroom is perfect for my needs. The smallest bedroom is great for a home office, music studio, or other things beside just a bedroom. The current management has gone way beyond to help me with issues. A great place to live.

Returning to South Florida, but leaving Woods of Killearn, will be sad. I love this convenient location in Killearn, the woodsy paths on which I walk my chihuahua 4 times a day, watching the kids enjoy themselves at the playground after school and on weekends, and the pretty view of the pond on the property. The complex is quiet and my neighbors are pleasant. Debbie, the manager, is super helpful and efficient. Apartments are spacious and newly renovated, and rent is reasonable.

Great prices, especially for Killearn Estates! Perfect split bedroom floorplan with lots of space and staff is great about any issues you may encounter. My kids love it here; there are many other kids their age and it's near several parks in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Best school districts in the city. We have no plans on leaving.

We love the Woods of Killearn! We lived there in 2015-2016 and we are moving back! It was Shamrock Village before, but the managers stayed the same. Ms. Debbie remembered us when we came in and was excited about us returning. The apartments are HUGE for the price, especially considering it is in Killearn, water is included, and the renovations the recently took place. I

I was recently there to visit my cousin. What a beautiful community, The apartment was very cozy. Also the grounds were beautiful. The manager was very welcoming to me and showed me many great destinations to go to. Great place, great time, can't wait to go back.
